Meet our Doctors
Dr. Michael Athanasoulas
Dr. Athanasoulas, who established the practice in 1969, attained a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, Merrimack Valley Dental Association, Lowell Dental Association, and the American Dental Association, as well as a Trustee Emeritus of Lowell General Hospital. In addition, he has served as the Chairman of the Board for four years.

Dr. Theodore N. Pappey, D.M.D.
Dr. Pappey attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Boston University in 1977. Six years later in 1983, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he had also been a clinical instructor in radiology. Dr. Pappey joined the practice in 1983 as well. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Merrimack Valley Dental Association, and Lowell Dental Society.
Dr. Pappey attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Boston University in 1977. Six years later in 1983, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he had also been a clinical instructor in radiology. Despina Liakos, D.M.D.
Dr. Liakos attained a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology degree from Boston University. In 2001, she received a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

This practice, in addition to being a supporter of many charitable organizations within our community, is well established and now in our 40th year.
